Self service platform for medical information applications - hospital information system(also

 

             As the interface for the majority of medical service users, hospital information system(also "HIS") is the self-service platform middleware server through the data center. It embodies the entire public health core of self-service platform. Through direct connectivity to the VPN medical information center, all the city's hospital network connectivity can provide the integrated service at the same time through the medical community entity.

 

             By take the meansof  self-registration via association and Shenzhen UnionPay card mobile phone center,   medical information system is to achieve self-check medical records, data management, face recognition, medical self-service operation, saving the hospital more financial, material, and save a lot of the time to wait for a doctor through the self-service payment.



Application Background:

 


Popular words "too hard to see the doctor" shows that about half of Chinese does not like to seek for medical treatment through public hospitals, among them 29.6% of the population should be hospitalized but not hospitalized. "see the doctor" is the problem concerned for normal people, but is also the problem the medical institutions to solve.

 


Application Principle:

 


Hospital-based self-service terminals(also "HBST") are based on .NET Winform application development platform. As an end-user interface, HBST is the hospital intranet server middleware to connect the hospital to get all the needed data.

Interface terminal devices(ITD) are basing on the mobile devices running on web browser. Mobile phone technology brings the internet connection to the terminal according to different browser clients. Through ITD, such as access to health care through TD-SCDMA/GPRS self-service platform Wap sites, web server running in the data center, server and middleware directly database server for data and business processes are integrated to the same whole network of the HIS for the community entity.

With ITD, Internet terminals can be any computer connected to the Internet or other terminal equipment. These terminals have the ability to use a web browser to access the medical self-service access platform sites, web servers running in data centers, direct contact with the middleware server and database server for data and business processes.

Middleware server Webservice hospital services, based on J2EE architecture development, HIS system can be connected to obtain information such as hospital departments, while connectivity IESS, obtain social security and bank card information.

Webservice services data center servers, based on J2EE architecture and external systems through a variety of API connections.



Application Components:



 HIS through the data center middleware servers as the interface for the majority of internet users in the same community, and the entire public health core of self-service platform transit station passes through direct connectivity to the VPN medical information center line. All the city's hospital network connectivity, at the same time, access such as IESS, CUP, Shenzhen Tong etc service providers and a number of health records network of institutions, to achieve the goal for building the public health network.



Application Features:



1, self-registration:

Public self-service platform is designed to provide health care for the majority of internet users with self-service registration system. Any user with an internet connection can connect to the Internet and log into the self-registration system for self-registration. Self-registration through the registration platform, users get direct access to the line numbers which are connected to the hospital's treatment system. After registration, the user can go directly to the hospital for treatment.

2, self-service terminal

3, the mobile terminal

Mobile phones and other mobile terminals via wireless mobile devices are to carry out self-service registration. 4, Internet terminal

5, self-service payment

Users with social insurance IC card, Shenzhen Tong, bank cards bound to achieve self-service payment can make payment to the system directly by selfservice network. In the treatment process involves the case of non-payment of social insurance, by binding the corresponding bank card, the system can indentify the user and if the user has to pay a third party (such as PayPal, etc.) account, optional means of the internet or mobile devices to access self-service payment platform can be done by user's confirmation of this amount of medical expenses, provided by third-party payment system interface costs directly from their account to the hospital's third-party payment account.

6, file query

Self-service platform in the medical coverage to every hospital, community health centers and hot spots in some cities, will configure the appropriate amount of self-service terminal, the user can according to their needs, check or print the information that's relevant to social security, hospital treatment information, chargeback information, check information, history information, the hospital's drug information and hospital public information and other information. At the same time users can also phone terminals, Internet terminals and other relevant information.

7, operation and maintenance management
