Basically, the latest price can be check with our sales team. If we have a sole distributor/agent in your area, our sales team will guide you to get it from the distributor/agent.

Requirements and configurations

The requirements and configurations will be need when you are ordering from us. Even if you know the specific part number or model number, that will not ensure that you got the right device(s) for your use.

 

Leadtime

Leadtime is negotiable in our business. If you have any urgent case, you can check with our sales for solutions. In some time, the normal leadtime will not work if you have any consolidated delivery schedule.
In any case, we recommend you to expressly request our sales person confirm the leadtime in writen.

 

Payment

Payment method: We accept T/T in advance basically. LC at sight is acceptable. Small amount cash is acceptable. We can also accept WESTUNION
Pay by Paypal is allowed, but 5.5% fee will be charged on the buyers' account besides the regular quotation.
Credit card is not acceptable for direct payment to us.
Payment ratio: We also accept the 30% downpayment and 70% payment before shipment.
Currency type: Only RMB, US Dollars and EURO.

 

Brands

Basically, we provide the equipment with our brand. In any case, you can request to remove the brand of KEYU(this is the only remark of the manufacturer)

 

Warranty

Basically, we provide 1 years warranty for any device that we sold.

 

Refund

Unless expressly stated in writen, the refund of the money is not considered.

 

RMA/WEEE

Return material is handled by the direct buyer of KEYU. If you are not the direct buyer and you can't find your seller, you should be responsible for any liability of RMA/WEEE
